These terms apply to the a99h.com website and its client portal. By registering you agree to them.

Information only

Nothing on this website or in the portal is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or to manage assets. The portal shows a hypothetical backtest and, for a linked client, the client's own account; neither is a recommendation to hold any position. Trading — especially systematic and leveraged trading — carries a substantial risk of loss, and past results do not guarantee future returns.

Access

We review every registration and may decline, suspend or close access at any time. An account is for one person. Keep your password and authenticator codes private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Accuracy and timing

The portal is refreshed after each US market close, so it can be up to a day behind, and it may occasionally contain errors. For clients with a linked account, your broker's statement is the official record of your assets and transactions.

Confidentiality

Portal content is for your personal use. Do not copy, publish or pass it on to others.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on information on this website or in the portal.
